All of our plans are on recurring billing periods. You can pause your subscription anytime in the Plan & Billing section of your settings. Our Community Manager Joe can help you with that. You can reach out to him by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
In order to be eligible for a refund you need to request it within 24 hours of the billing period. Once processed, your refund should show up back on your card in 5-10 business days.
