Here are some tips to bringing in more candidates on your talent search:
Follow members you already know.
When you follow people you already know on WNW, those connections help inform your search results. You'll see who they are following, and your search results will give higher ranking to members with 2 or 3 degrees of separation from you on the network.
Consider remote opportunities.
Is your job currently listed as on-site? Our members are very frequently open to remote work, and remote jobs open up a wider array of talent.
Search and message.
Once your post is up, you can send it to any member you find in search along with a message as to why they should apply to your job. This proactive approach allows you to efficiently home in on exactly the type of professional you're looking for. Check out our article on Search.
