All of our plans are on recurring billing periods. You can pause your subscription anytime in the Subscription section of your settings. 

You can reach out to Customer Support by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. 

In order to be eligible for a refund you need to request it within 24 hours of the charge. Once processed, your refund should show up back on your card in 5-10 business days.
