Your subscription includes the ability to create lists of creatives as well as view creative playlists created by Working Not Working's Talent team. Both types of lists are viewable in your Dashboard.
By default, any list will organize its members by their real-time availability status so you know who has what status whenever you view that list.
In addition, you can parse those lists based on all filters (location, experience, rate, etc) through the "View In Search" button to the upper right:
By clicking that button, you'll see all list members in Search, where you can toggle filters to see who matches what you are looking for:
