From your Job Post > Candidates page, you can use all the WNW platform search filters to parse your candidate pool with the View In Search button.

Select the candidates you want to see in Search using either the selection boxes or sort them using the Candidate filters:

Once you've indicated the candidates you want to see in Search, just click the View In Search button:

You can then see only the candidates you've selected in Search, where you can parse them further using all available search filters:
